BUSINESS DEVELOPMEN​T MANAGER


Trident Ground Protection a leader in the security industry is seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic business development manager to assist in the continued growth of our company.


Responsibilities:

Sourcing, developing and maintaining long term relationships with security clients throughout south Florida.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plan.
Develop and maintain relationships with high level decision makers

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher
3 - 5 years of sales, account management or related work experience, in the contract security industry
Prior experience working with vendor management solutions and vendor management staffing technology is preferred
Overnight travel maybe required to visit prospects and clients out of south Florida region 1-2 days a month
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
Must have the ability to identify and influence decision makers
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
Must have outstanding multi-tasking skills
Above average technical skills.
Must be able to manage a high volume/high quality client territory under very tight time lines and thrive in a fast paced, deadline sensitive environment with a strong attention to detail.
Competitive, willingness to think outside the box and be creative
Must be able to relate to other people and maintain good relationships with clients and coworkers

Salary: $9.00 to $13.00 /hour depending upon License Class
